Newsflash May 2008
Congratulations to Nayo Wallace, one of Valerie's
long term clients, on her role in Speed Racer,
which opens in US theatres May 9th! Nayo plays
Minx, the love interest of Racer X , played by
Matthew Fox.
Speed Racer is written and directed by the Wachowski
brothers (The Matrix).
Racer was produced in Germany at Babelsberg Studios, where
filming took place entirely against greenscreen.
Speed Racer enters The Crucible, a cross country car racing rally,
in a partnership with his one-time rival, Racer X (Matthew Fox),
seeking to rescue his family's business and the racing sport itself.
Nayo's role is as Racer X's girlfriend.

Last Mexican Independance Day
Monica Jordan, (one of Valerie's clients) sang the mexican anthem on television. Her performance was telecast to over 40 million viewers.

Allison
Sudol, lead singer &
songwriter for the new released CD "A Fine Frenzy", studied with
Valerie Fahren for 4 years. One of Allison's songs from "A
Fine Frenzy" was number #1 on itunes for the week of Aug
15th, 2007.

Daechelle Hernandez, one of
Valerie Fahren's Artist Development clients, has won 1st
place in the Billboard Songwriting contest, pop category and entered
into a major label record deal with Geffen Records, under the direction
of legendary A&R Exec, Ron Fair (Chrisitna Aguilera, Brittney
Spears, etc).
Daechelle's song FEARLESS is going to be on the soundtrack of the new
movie "Bratz" Paula Abdul, Executive Producer, of the "Bratz
Dolls" feature film chose Daechelle's song for a major part of the
movie!!!
The 12 year old singer did Valerie's Artist Development program over
the past two years. Daechelle is quoted as saying:
“Valerie,
thank you for making me who I am today."

Rachel Reinhart,
a long term client of
Valerie's, has booked a co-writing production deal with a Major Record
Producer. She then received another opportunity to move to
the
east coast to work with a Record Producer that has clients signed to
Major Labels in New York City. She has also auditioned for a
Major Label this year through Fahren Productions Industry Showcases and
Valerie's connections
